PLANTS

CHANGE OF MIND 

  • We can facilitate change of mind returns for greenstock within 7 days of receiving your order. We can also provide you with an exchange or credit note if you prefer. 
  • For change of mind returns, greenstock must not have been taken out of the nursery pot in which it was purchased. It must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you, or collected from a store. 
  • It's essential to have received approval via email to process your return. 
  • The easiest way to facilitate your greenstock return is in store at Melville, Kingsley or Stirling. Proof of purchase will be required, and your return will be refunded to your original payment method. 
  • If you're not able to make it in store, please get in touch and we'll assess on a case by case basis. 
  • We are unable to refund any delivery fees associated with an order. 

PLANT BACK GUARANTEE

  • We grow most of our own products at our production nursery, and source the remainder from the best growers in Perth. Therefore, we guarantee your plant purchase for one year from the date of purchase.
  • If you are concerned about the performance of your plant, please contact us with photos of your plant, photos of the location in which it is placed and your proof of purchase. We'll review them, provide an assessment by a horticulturist as to how to make your plant thrive, and work on the next steps. 
  • Alternately, you can bring these photos (or your plant) into Melville, Stirling or Kingsley for us to assess in person. 

All Other Products

  • We can facilitate change of mind returns for products within 30 days of receiving your order. We can also provide you with an exchange or credit note if you prefer. 
  • For change of mind returns, products must not have been taken out of packaging (if applicable), can not have been planted into, opened, used or in any way altered from their original saleable state. They must be returned in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you, or collected from a store. 
  • It's essential to have received approval via email to process your return. 
  • The easiest way to facilitate your return is in store at Melville, Kingsley or Stirling. Proof of purchase will be required, and your return will be refunded to your original payment method. 
  • For change of mind returns, Waldecks is unable to facilitate the collection of products, unless an arrangement has been made via email with regards to a restocking fee.
  • We are unable to refund any delivery fees associated with an order.
