We dig deliveries.
Our last delivery day for 2024 will be 20th December and we'll resume deliveries from 6th January.
PLANTS, GREENSTOCK + SOILS/MULCH DELIVERY
Due to the strict biosecurity laws and requirements in Western Australia that protect our unique environment, we are unable to ship greenstock outside of WA.
Within Perth, greenstock is delivered via our in-house delivery team and we currently deliver plants anywhere within 40km of our stores. We’re working hard on creating the perfect packaging to be able to extend this network and we hope to be able to service more areas soon.
Our deliveries are completed Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Whilst we're not always able to guarantee a specific delivery window, you're welcome to request a day in your order notes and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
NATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver many of our items nationally via our trusted courier network. Please note that given we are in Perth, interstate and rural deliveries can take a little longer to arrive, so please allow up to 10 business days. Please also note that delivery networks are still experiencing delays due to Covid pressures, as well as climate emergencies. Over the Christmas season, further delays are to be expected.
Delivery is calculated at checkout and is based on the items you have ordered as well as your geographical location. If you find that you receive a message that we do not deliver to your area, please check that your order does not contain items which are not able to be shipped outside of the Perth Metro Area (ie. plants, soils, mulches etc). If you’re unsure, simply use our Chat or Contact us feature and we can assist.
Some items may require us to raise a freight quote - drop us a line via Chat or our Contact Us page and we’ll organise this for you.
Tracking will be provided to you upon processing of your order. After shipping, the courier is the best point of contact for any queries.
PERTH + WA DELIVERY
Please note that all deliveries are curbside only.
Depending on what you have ordered, your delivery will arrive via either our in-house delivery team, or via our courier partners. We’ll let you know who will be delivering your order via either email or phone, and we’ll be in touch to advise you of your delivery date, noting your delivery may take 2-3 business days.
Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout, noting that larger items attract a higher delivery fee.
Our deliveries are contactless, and by choosing delivery there is an assumed 'authority to leave', provided we are able to find a safe location to leave your goods.
We deliver your order to your front door. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver items into your house or garden without prior arrangement. If you do have a specific delivery need, please contact us prior to purchase and we'll be happy to help.
Delivery notes are always helpful - you can add these to your order at checkout. It is particularly important to note if there are any stairs, obstructions or impediments for us to be able to leave your delivery in a safe location.
If we're unable to find a safe and suitable location to leave your goods, we'll attempt to contact you for further instructions. In extreme circumstances, we may need to charge a re-delivery fee if we're unable to deliver your order.
Following delivery per the above guidelines, we are unable to accept any responsibility for damage or theft following delivery.
LARGER FEATURE POTS
For very large pots, we are able to send these items to you via a timber pallet. Please use the Chat or Contact Us feature to get in touch so that we can provide you with a freight quote.
